Langeooger Heringsstipp
Recipe for 5 people
- 750g Bismarck herring
- 100g gherkin
- 100g onion
- 100g Granny Smith
- 200g cream
- 100g yoghurt
- 100g mayonnaise 50%
- 2 tablespoonful of sugar
Zubereitung
Cream, yogurt, mayonnaise and sugar mix it beautifully smooth. Dice the apple, gherkin and onion finely and fold in. Flay the skin from the Bismarck herring, cut the fillets into 2 cm pieces and fold in. Leave it to infuse for at least one hour. Thereto you can eat some potatoes boiled in their jacket.
